Terms of Service
Last Updated: 11/18/2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the services.
2. Description of Service
Bring2BD provides a peer-to-peer platform that connects users who wish to have items delivered from abroad ("Buyers") with users who are traveling and willing to carry and deliver these items ("Travelers").
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
4. Prohibited Items
Users are prohibited from requesting or transporting any items that are illegal in either the origin or destination country. This includes but is not limited to narcotics, weapons, and counterfeit goods. A detailed list is available on our Trust & Safety page.
5. Payments and Fees
Buyers pay the agreed-upon amount (item cost + traveler fee + platform fee) into an escrow account. These funds are released to the Traveler only after the Buyer confirms successful delivery of the item. Our platform fee is a percentage of the total transaction value.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bring2BD is a platform provider and is not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from the items transported. Travelers are responsible for ensuring the legality of the items they carry and for all customs duties and taxes.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
